At their Grand Opening Party (July 12th, 2025), DJ Skinny - a brand new turntablist - will curate the night’s 90's country soundtrack, elevating the mood as guests indulge in mouthwatering Texas-Cajun seafood.

Ragin’ Tails, helmed by founders A.J. Almeda and Jon Humble, began in 2018 with a passion for bold Texas‑Cajun flavors, sourcing live crawfish straight from Louisiana and serving up a secret seasoning blend that’s become legendary. Born from a friendship and passion for quality, Ragin' Tails began with crawfish boils, sourcing live crawfish straight from Louisiana, and their drive to make a crawfish boil better than the rest. 

At Ragin' Tails, boiled crawfish are cooked with love. They're not rushed and tossed in sauce or seasoning. The boiled crawfish is soaked and given the ample time it needs so that customers get the flavor they're looking for! Their menu now includes not just crawfish and shrimp boils, but crowd favorites like sweet, flaky snow crab legs and buttery mussels. The restaurant’s mission is simple: great seafood, bold flavors, and an experience meant for sharing with friends and family.

At the opening, Ragin’ Tails also pledged to donate all tip proceeds and a portion of sales to Texas flood relief—delivering flavor, community support, and unforgettable 90's country tunes thanks to DJ Skinny. They welcome all to join them in supporting the community and indulging in a good time for a good cause.
